Returns & Refunds

Because these are cosmetics, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and still sealed, within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email Brandnamemakeup@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our Dallas location.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No return needed.
